Shipping Questions

  • Can I have my order shipped to a PO Box?

    Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Given the size limitations of P.O. Boxes and other limitations, we only deliver to street addresses.

  • Do you ship to remote locations?

    We don’t ship to some areas of Canada and others may incur additional fees, which will be shown when you are at the checkout, after clicking on your cart.

  • How do I check if an item is in stock in store or online?

    dailyshopping.ca will automatically let you know if an item is out of stock when you attempt to add it to your cart. We’ll also recommend alternative products in the event the item is out of stock in your area.

  • Will my product be covered under a manufacturer's warranty?

    A limited manufacturer's warranty is included free for certain categories of products, and may include an option to extend coverage up to 3 more years.

  • May I track my package?

    Yes, you can. Once you make a purchase in our store, you will receive tracking information via email. Our tracking information is done through  the service selected courier. Example (www.canadapost.ca)

  • May I get free shipping?

    Your shipping rates will depend on the item or items in your order. Free parcel shipping is available on orders of qualifying products which total $500 (excluding taxes). Offer is only available on selected qualifying products indicated on the product’s information page. Qualifying products must be 75 lbs or less, excluding oversized items and/or non-domestic shipments. This applies only in Canada.
