The CME1-FTG is an 11 liter 500ppm aerosol carbon monoxide field test gas that can be used with the Macurco carbon monoxide detectors. This field test gas allows users to do a quick functionality test of the CO sensor.
The flow rate of the CME1-FTG is 10 liters per minute so there is about a minute of gas or enough to test 20-30 units. With the cover in place, the gas is injected directly into the housing by placing the nozzle of the aerosol can onto the sensor grate area and pressing the trigger for 2 to 3 seconds
